Introducing the New TaskEasy Logo

 

We have been hard at work on a big change, and are thrilled to finally share it. Introducing the new TaskEasy logo.

TaskEasy started in 2013 as a brilliant idea to solve a tricky problem. A whole lot of technological wizardry and hard work later, we are the industry leader in on-demand property care. As we continue to revitalize a traditional industry alongside our amazing contractors, TaskEasy’s dedicated leadership sees this as the right time to make a change.

“The new logo is part of updating our look to a cleaner, fresher design,” said Karl Sowa, chief revenue officer of TaskEasy. “And we’re launching it right at the start of the mowing season – our most important time of the year.”

The lead designer for the new logo was TaskEasy’s own Jenny Mahler, who has helped shaped the company’s look since she joined in May 2015. Jenny wanted something contemporary, simple, and accessible. A look that feels comfortable and welcoming, like home.

“I was inspired by logos that don’t overdo it, that are less fussy and easy to read,” said Mahler. “Everything from the rounded shapes to how the letters sit with each other helped us find the right balance between modern and timeless.”

An important part of Mahler’s task was in knowing what NOT to change, as well. The two-tone green and gray remains, as does the check mark — both nods to our previous look.

“We wanted something different, but also didn’t want it to seem like an alien to our old logo,” said Jenny. “More like a modern, more attractive cousin to our old logo.”

We believe this new, amazing logo will help drive the TaskEasy brand to new heights, and hope you all like the new twist.
