If an order is received but not assigned to a vendor within two days, you can choose to:
A) continue to try to assign the property for an additional 20% of the total service price to increase the rate of fulfillment, or B) discontinue efforts to service the property and cancel the order.
Checkpoint 2: Was the property placed by day 2 and serviced by day 7?
If an order is placed and assigned to a vendor within two days and service is not completed within seven days of the order date, you can choose to:
A) continue trying to service the property for an additional 20% of the total service price to increase the rate of fulfillment, or B) discontinue efforts to service the property and cancel the order.
