    Encountering access problems? Document these by photographing the property's front—including the address—and demonstrating all attempts to enter, as outlined in access instructions. Without substantial proof of access issues, trip charges aren’t covered.

    If instructed, and market contacts are provided, capture screenshots of your call attempts, especially if keys are missing or non-functional.

    Important Inspection Protocols

    1. Temperature Setting: Set the thermostat to 70°F and document the initial reading in the “Before” section with a photo.

    Payout and Frequencies

    Each task pays a flat rate of $35.00, regardless of square footage, with inspections occurring quarterly. Remember, complete and clear photographic documentation is crucial for all inspections.

    Inspection Checklist Overview

    Your role is to photograph the home's current state post-cleaning. Here’s a quick checklist to follow:

    • Exterior: Street view, house number
    • Entry: Entire entryway, windows, and sills
    • Living Areas: Entire views, windows, sills, thermostat photo
    • Dining and Kitchen: Full view of areas, fridge, microwave, oven (inside and out), HVAC covers, ceiling fans, blinds, and light fixtures.
    • Bedrooms: Comprehensive views
    • Bathrooms: Complete views, including inside and outside of toilets
    • Additional: Photo dirty baseboards or other notable details like unwashed walls
    • Exit Procedures: Ensure keys are in the lockbox before leaving
