Getting more work with TaskEasy is easier than you may think. We assign jobs to contractors based on three criteria: proximity, capability, and performance. If you can meet these standards and excel in your area, you will be the first in line to receive new work from us when it becomes available.

Proximity

We assign jobs based on their proximity to your physical address. You can change this at any time by logging into your dashboard and going to the certification wheel. Assigning jobs based on proximity to your physical address allows us to keep your routes condensed and efficient.

Capabilities

Expanding the services you offer, will increase the number of job offers you you receive. We offer a variety of services to our customers which means the more you can do, the better the odds are of you receiving it. If you have only received lawn mowing tasks from us, make sure your task configuration is up to date in your certification wheel. This tells us what task types you can perform and gives us the ability to reach out to you if any of those tasks become available in your area.

Performance

The last and most important criteria that we check before assigning a job is past performance. We look at 3 performance categories before assigning work:

Jobs Completed On Time

The number one reason customers cancel is contractors not showing up or rescheduling their service multiple times. If you develop a pattern of completing your work on time and avoid lates and reschedules, you are more likely to retain those customers and get new ones.

Quality Photos

Photos might not seem like a big deal, but we require them on every job to show that the work was completed. The better the photos you take, the more likely your jobs are to be approved which has a direct impact on your overall performance.

Quality of Work

Quality of work is the most important performance metric we look at. We can help coach you to take better photos or optimize your route so you are on time, but it is much harder to teach you how to do the job properly. If you can perform quality work on every service and avoid customers rejections, you will be the go-to contractor in your area.
