TaskEasy Earns Coveted Better Business Bureau Rating

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Since opening for business in 2011, external home service company TaskEasy has remained focused on providing their customers outstanding service.  Since then, they have recently accomplished what many companies strive for their entire existence – an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

As an accredited member of the BBB, TaskEasy attributes much of their customer success to the high trust standards and best business practices established by the nationally trusted organization.

“Having an A+ rating is a big deal for any company,” says TaskEasy CEO, Ken Davis. “We’ve all worked very hard to make our customers happy, we’re honored to have the recognition.”

According to TaskEasy, their customer service is derived from their ability to listen and to adapt to their customer’s suggestions in an effort to better their product. Early on, TaskEasy had adopted a world-class customer service persona and has since made adjustments to their company to reflect their customer’s expectations.

TaskEasy’s most recent BBB rating comes as a direct reflection of their outstanding customer service efforts. The BBB’s rating is based upon several factors that make up TaskEasy’s overall score. Some of the rating elements include having to address and resolve customer complaints as well as maintaining a low volume of complaints.

“We take all complaints very seriously,” says Davis. “Company wide, I can’t think of anyone who isn’t notified when we receive a complaint.”

Even with TaskEasy’s most recent achievement, the company continues to focus on implementing the BBB’s Standards for Trust and Code of Business Practices
