App Update: Access Instructions

We combined Tickets and Exceptions and created an option in the app to request “Access Instructions” to a property you can’t enter! All you need to do is press the “Request Access” icon, and type a message with the information you need.  Once our team gets the information you requested, we will update your app with the access instructions, and help you get back to the job.
