What is the Initial? Scope, pricing and expectations
Initial jobs provide TaskEasy contractors with a high-paying task but performing Initial cleanup services come with higher expectations. Here you will learn what the Initial is, the value of an Initial job, and understand the scope of work that is required for an Initial to be considered complete.
What is considered to be an Initial job?
TaskEasy is now offering larger, higher scope Initial services to meet the demands of our customers. The scope of this service is designed to restore their vacant (or neglected) properties to a prime condition by allowing contractors to spend the time necessary to bring properties back to an easily manageable condition. For contractors, these jobs entail a larger scope of work and more money–but contractors must pay careful attention to the details in order to receive full payment on these high-value, high-effort jobs.
Why is the Initial service so important?
Initial services provide contractors with a significantly higher priced task and make recurring services easier and faster to service due to the larger scope of work being completed the first time around.
As a result, the Initial job being executed to not only meet the full scope of work but also to meet the highest quality standards helps clients feel confident in TaskEasy to take on more of their portfolios. This means more properties to be serviced by TaskEasy crews and more work for TaskEasy contractors. This allows for a win-win situation for TaskEasy, contractors, and clients.
